The medium batch was on the sweet side while the large batch was just right. We used both batches to make 21 bottles of plain kombucha with 1 tsp of sugar.

The medium batch was on the sweet side while the large batch was just right. We used both batches to make 21 bottles of plain kombucha with 1 tsp of sugar.
The medium batch was strong we used 1/2 Tbsp of sugar and use 1/3 cup tangerine juice and made 9 bottles.
The large batch was just right we used 1 tsp sugar and made 14 bottles.
The tangerine was pulled at 5 days and had a little pop.
The medium batch was very strong and vinegary. We pureed frozen strawberries using 1/3 cup and 1/2 Tbs sugar to make 10 bottles.
The large batch was just right. We made 12 bottles of plain w 1/2 Tbsp of sugar.
Pulled the strawberry at 5 days and was little pop still vinegary.
The medium batch was very, very vinegary. We pureed frozen pineapple, used 1/3 cup and 1 Tbsp sugar and made 9 bottles.
The large batch was just right. We made 13 plain bottles w 1/2 Tbsp sugar.
Pulled pineapple at 3 days, very little pop and was very sweet.
