6/18/21 Plain
We made 17 bottles of plain 1 large – the 10 bottles from large batch had 1 tsp of sugar. The large bottle had 2 tsps sugar.
The medium batch was a tad vinegary so used 1/2 tbsn for 7 remaining bottles.
6/10/21 Pink Greyhound
We made 13 bottles of grapefruit (1/3 cup grapefruit 1/2 Tbsp sugar). 9 bottles of plain (1 tsp sugar).
6/2/21 Plain
21 bottles of plain (1tsp sugar)
5/25/21 Grape Ape
We made 14 bottles of grape (3/4 tsp sugar) and 9 bottles of plain (1 tsp sugar).
5/17/21, Started Kombucha again
Started from preserved scobys a large and medium batch of kombucha. We will be bottling 5/25/21.
