7/20/21, Last of OG tea – plain

We used the last of DT oolong…still looking for the right one and possibly may have found one – arriving Thursday 7/22/21.

We bottle 17 small bottles (1tsp sugar), 2 large bottles (1/2 tbsp sugar).

We put scoby in holding pattern (no bottling ) in large jar and will make a new batch Friday, 7/30/31.

The ‘new’ tea arrived Wednesday and we made a medium batch with it. We will bottle it Friday, 7/30/31. Fingers crossed this tea is or at least closest to the DT’s oolong.
